We've used this 5 minute tool in more places than we can count. Regardless of the audience, it seems to elicit two all but guaranteed responses. 

The first is a snicker somewhere in the room. People can't help but at least giggle a bit when one of these questions either totally nails them, or makes them think of a funny, related story. 

When we get to the discussion part, the second common response is some variety of, "well, I knew I needed to work on this, but now I realize just how much."
